Arnaud | Trademark Attorney
LOUD: Loud in the sense of headstrong and nonconformist, that’s Onel. Take the Onel case about the territorial use of European trademarks. The case caused quite a stir and broke with tradition, leading to an important ruling by the European Court of Justice. But Loud is also to do with the concerts I regularly see. Being part of a live concert is one of the best feelings there is.
CLEAR: Being able to give a clear explanation of relevant trademark issues, and understand what a customer does and what he wants. We can then set out a strategy together, determining which trademarks to apply for, which not, which later, et cetera.
